I was brought into MADE by Jo Jackson (Chief Creative Officer) to help establish a new tone of voice for their brand.

I was the Sole Creative Copywriter for the 2019 Spring/Summer/Fall print and OOH campaigns, wrote online copy and headlines, and the 2020/2021 Winter and Spring campaigns for the U.K. and Europe. I also created their trademarked strapline "Design Your Happy Place", moving away from "Different by Design".

This turned into a UGC campaign, where fans were asked to post images on social media of products in their home. 160k+ images were collected (98% of which was organic), and the initial phases of the “Design your happy place” campaign were so successful that MADE was shortlisted for the Digiday Content Marketing Awards. Revenue also increased by 22% in the year.
