I was the Creative Director and Co-Producer (with Charlie Perkins) of the 10th and 11th series of the weekly Radio 4 Extra show "NewsJack," which is the only open-door topical sketch show the BBC runs.
For the 10th series, we revamped the entire format for the show, and brought in new host Romesh Ranganathan (BBC's "Live at the Apollo," Main Prize Nominee at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival/Best Newcomer Nominee at the 2013 Edinburgh Festival), and began to use the show as a platform for new and established performing talent, such as Lewis MacLeod, Margaret Cabourn-Smith, Morgana Robinson, Ellie White, Suzy Kane, Olly Maltman, Kieran Hodgson, Tessa Coates, Freya Parker, and Alice Levine.
